ERK-Solution expands the existing ERK service model to include direct operator engineering for power stations and industrial plants. The aim is to align technical assessments, system designs, supply solutions and optimisations more closely with the requirements of plant operations. The focus is on boilers, furnaces and combustion systems, as well as thermal energy systems, where well-founded engineering decisions have long-term implications for efficiency, emissions and cost-effectiveness.
Our motivation Technical solutions for plant operation

Our approach Engineering for operators

ERK-Solution works directly with operators of power stations, industrial boiler plants and combustion systems. Its services are designed to provide a basis for technical decision-making, evaluate systems and realise optimisation potential in real-world operations. These include independent studies, efficiency analyses, retrofit assessments and implementation-oriented system designs.
Our role within the ERK Group Engineering. Optimisation. Supply solutions

ERK-Solution complements the ERK Group’s existing licence and partner network. The unit specialises in operator engineering, system optimisation and the organisation of supply solutions. The licensing structure and partner projects of ERK Systems remain unaffected by this – references and completed plant projects will continue to be managed centrally by ERK Eckrohrkessel Holding GmbH.
Our philosophy German Engineering. European Quality.

ERK-Solution’s engineering work is based on German design methods and European quality standards. System calculations, specifications and technical assessments follow transparent procedures and defined test criteria. Production and delivery are carried out by qualified international partners in accordance with specified quality requirements.
Our vision Sustainable. Future-proof. Low-emission.

Increasing efficiency and improving performance are key objectives in the assessment and design of boiler and combustion systems. Engineering decisions are made on the basis of technical data, system analysis and reliable calculations. The aim is to achieve stable and measurable performance over the long term – with a direct impact on cost reduction and economic efficiency.
